Shipping Options

• We deliver nationwide across South Africa via trusted courier partners.

• Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days for major cities and 5–7 business days for outlying areas.

• International shipping is currently not offered.

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping is R60 per order.

• Orders over R800 qualify for free standard shipping

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct to avoid delays.

• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange collection.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues.

• If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

• Lost parcels will be investigated with the courier, and refunds or replacements will be issued once confirmed.
